Project 1: Fantasy Appliance - Reference Appliance
My initial appliance/object that I'm using as a reference for this project is a vintage Singer sewing machine like the one in this image.
Vague Ideas
I don't really have a clear direction for this project yet so I don't have any in progress pictures to show, but I wanted to post a little check in anyway. I am thinking about how I want to approach this, I'm just feeling a bit lost at the moment. I'll try and have something better uploaded by Wednesday!
I think that this will be a great appliance to use. There is much that you could mix with it, maybe a wood pecker because they both poke holes in things. I cant wait to see your drawing of this, there is a lot of detail to include.
ReplyDeleteHi Calvin! I'm interested to see how you develop this appliance. I think there are a lot of details, like Rebecca said, but as you learn the program you can simplify it with the shape and line tools and utilize gradients.
ReplyDeleteI think this is a cool appliance to you. Not a conventional appliance choice which is great. I think different values and gradients will be very important because of how much detail is on this appliance.
